• What is the cutoff date for Christmas Orders?

As our lead time is currently 14 days the cutoff date for guaranteed orders is December 5th.

• What if a product becomes unavailable?

As we source some of our products from the wholesalers via daily orders there could be a chance that an item ordered may have sold out and therefore is not available. In this instance you will be contacted at the earliest convenience for either an alternative option or refund.

 

• How long will my order take to arrive?

Our initial lead time is approx 14 days. We want you to get your cloudbykeke apparel as soon as possible, but as each item is custom and hand-dyed the process is longer. Once we receive payment we can get started on your piece! We will keep all customers updated on their orders.

 

• What is your return policy?

As our pieces are custom we do not offer returns or refunds. To avoid any disappointment, when ordering please ensure you are asking for the correct size and colour. If you have a specific shade/look in mind we are happy to work with you, within reason.

 

• Will my item look exactly like the photo/sample?

No two items will be the same, and we think that is pretty cool ! The uniqueness is what makes us stand out. No one else will have the exact same item as you.

 

• Dye / Washing Info

It was very crucial to me that i find the right product in regards to the dye and I am happy to say i use 100% non-toxic dyes and a brand that does not test on animals. The dye is fabric specific to ensure the best quality and holding power - however due to the nature of the product being hand-dyed fading is to be expected over time just as any other garment. To help reduce this please rinse with cold water - ideally a hand rinse with the garment turned inside-out. The more you wash your garment - the more it will fade.
